Artisan Yarns

Artisan Yarns brings together a selection of diverse, ethical, luxurious yarns and practical yarns.

Some of our yarns are hand dyed and sourced locally.  The remainder are commercially available yarns from further afield.  All of our yarns have been selected on their organic, ethical, luxurious or just plain commonsense real knitting merit at a sensible price.

Artisan Yarns is owned and run by Anne (Yarnartisanne), a textile artist who is  a stitcher, dyer, knitter and wordsmith ably assisted by a Yarnworker whose ap artisan yarns have been flying off their hooks – that boy has an eye for colour!

Open Studio weekends happen on a monthly basis:check the blog or email for dates and details.

Alternatively, join Anne at Hereford’s Stitch ‘n’ Bitch group.  This takes place on the First Tuesday of every month, at The Green Dragon Hotel in Broad Street, Hereford 6 – 9pm. We are knitters of all ages, all shapes and sizes and all abilities.  You will be very welcome.
